All tracks and characters from Mario Kart 8 to Wii U return to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, including previously released downloadable tracks inspired by The Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing and Excitebike and more. In addition, there are some new characters like Inkling Boy and Inkling Girl from Splatoon, King Boo, Dry Bones and Bowser Jr.!
You can choose from five different speed classes such as the expert challenge 150cc Mirror Grand Prix and ultra-fast 200cc Grand Prix.
In addition to this, Battle Mode has been refined and it includes Balloon Battle and Bob-omb Blast, as well as the new tracks Urchin Underpass and Battle Stadium as well as classics such as (GCN) Luigi´s Mansion and (SNES) Battle Course 1. Players can now wear two items , including items from previous Mario Kart games such as Boo, which steals items, and Feather, which gives you higher jumps in Battle Mode.
There is also a new control mode in the game that makes it easier for beginners and young children to play the courses. Definitely good at 200cc. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe can be played in 1080p.
Up to four friends can play on a Nintendo Switch in TV Mode or Tabletop Mode.
Play alone or with a friend and participate online against other players worldwide.
Several Nintendo Switch can be connected via the Wireless Play function. Then you can play up to eight players against each other in the same room.
Up to 12 game consoles in TV mode can be connected so you can play LAN Play. Note that the LAN Adapter accessory, which is sold separately, is required.
